Every model has its own credit price — lightweight image models cost only a few credits, while video is metered by length and costs more. The exact credit cost is shown before you run any generation, so you're never charged a surprise.

Yes — monthly and yearly plans renew automatically so your credits keep arriving. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no further charges after that.

You keep your plan and its remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for — nothing is cut off early. After it ends, subscription credits stop renewing, while any one-time pack credits stay in your account.

Yes. Use the Customer Portal from your subscription page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at period end.

Yes. If an AI task fails on our side, the pre-deducted credits are refunded automatically. For order-level refunds contact support — we process them through Stripe and reverse the credits in the same transaction.
